Click on the link below to download forms required for registration.  Print, complete, and submit the forms along with a copy of your wrestler’s birth certificate.  Please bring them to the Wrestling Season Parents Meeting which will be held on Monday, November 10th, 2008 at Chantilly High School in the school cafeteria.  The Parents Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm and will continue as long necessary.  You can also contact:
