Click on the link below to download forms required for registration.  Print, complete, and submit the forms along with a copy of your wrestler’s birth certificate.  Please bring them to the Wrestling Season Parents Meeting which will be held on Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at Chantilly High School, Door #10 in the lobby outside of the gymansium.  The Parents Meeting will begin at 9:00 am and will continue as long necessary.  You can also contact:
